ROVER offers his Motor-Tandem especially for use in winter.

Im this advert Rover offers two versions:
• air-cooled and belt-driven for £65, and
• water-cooled, chain-driven, wheel-steering, side and foot brakes, for £85.
Curiously, the picture shows a water-cooled model with handlebars.
