The text of the advert is partially badly readable, therefore it is repeated here:

AMERICA PRAISES
ROVER ’75’

”... and I honestly believe (barring the Rolls-Royce) that there is no finer car built in the world today.”
- says Bob Dearbon, Tester, “Road & Track” Road Test No. F-4-52, Aug. 1952,

Second to One - The Rolls-Royce only

This unsolicited tribute is surely the most amazing one ever paid to an English medium-priced car. The U.S.A. enjoys the use of three times as many cars - and annually produces four times as many cars - as the rest of the world put together.

Think of the competitive urge - the incentive drive - the continual, never-ending urge to be in the forefront - induced by this enormous demand for motor vehicles.

Yet, an ace American Tester, after exhaustive tests and after expert and minute examination of all component parts, unhesitatingly states “There is no finer-built car in the world (barring the Rolls-Royce) than the Rover ’75’.” The final and most positive proof was the purchse by this Ace Tester, and expert, of a Rover ’75’ for his own use.

What greater praise, what stronger proof of the superb quality - the sheer goodness - of the Rover ’75’ is it possible to get? Compare, too, of a number of other high-ranking imported cars.
