The scuttle between engine compartment and passenger cabin is made of steel. The rear panels cover the access to the instruments, the two front openings serve as storage for tools, oil can etc. The detailed drawing shows the access to the back of the instruments in the scuttle. In front of the scuttle is also the oil tank for the central chassis - lubrication.

The water circulation of the engine cooling is thermostatically controlled. The freewheel is switched on or off via a hand wheel on the instrument panel. The direction of travel is indicated by automatically resetting "indicators".

The lifting points for the jack are easy to reach. The "harmonic stabilizer" is integrated in the front bumper. The rear quarter lights of the Saloon models can be opened.
