The Rover 16/20 hp with the license plate "ROV 4" can be seen in the Heritage Center Gaydon (today: British Motor Museum).

1907 ROVER 16/20hp Tourer
The photo probably shows the ROVER test driver Clarence E. Hird with a ROVER 16/20 hp around 1907, afterwards the radiator was changed to a shield shape, the bonnet was adapted accordingly. The car is completely equipped with windshield and hood.

The - unfortunately bad - picture shows a ROVER 16/20 hp with closed hood and windshield of the year 1910. The shield shape of the radiator (with adapted bonnet) is clearly recognizable.
