The ROVER 110 & 95 Saloons
quietly, luxuriously, travel far and fast

In recent years, no other car of comparable price have been able to match the Rover 6-cylinder saloons for utter reliability, silent performance, and luxurious comfort. All the traditions of Rover engineering are here combined in motor cars that are a lasting pleasure to drive and be driven in.

THE ROVER 110. This highly-developed model, introduced at the 1962 Motor Show, has replaced the Rover 100. The familiar 6-cylinder engine has been given extra power so that the new 110 is capable of very high cruising speeds and an all-round performance that belies its deceptively quiet looks.

THE ROVER 95. Also introduced at the last Motor Show, the 6-cylinder 95 replaces the 4-cylinder Rover 80. Silk-smooth power, front wheel disk brakes (as on all Rover models), a minimum of maintenance, and silent economical running characterise this car. The highest Rover standards of finish and technical excellence are fully maintained. Altogether the 95 is the ideal introduction for the family to Rover motoring.

ONE OF THE WORLD’S BEST ENGINEERED CARS. Every Rover improvement is made with the whole engineering of the car in mind: hence the nicely-calculated balance between power and handling qualities, between performance and comfort, in every Rover ever built. The new engine modification for 1963 is a typical example. Rover engineering has developed the two 3-Litre models and the 110 to give substantially more power. And because of careful Rover planning, this extra performance is achieved well within the car’s road-holding capacity. Balanced developments like this confirm the Rover claim to be one of the world’s best engineered cars.

A brief glance at the rest of the swift and silent Rover range The rest of the Rover range consists of the 3-Litre Saloon Mark II, available with automatic transmission and power steering as optional extras, and the new 3-Litre Coupé, the fastest Rover in the range.
