The comparison clearly shows that the chassis of the 'Light Twenty' is a new design and not just a variation of the chassis of the 'Two Litre Six' (left) or the 'Meteor' (right).
Rover describes the chassis of the 'Light Twenty' as follows:
The robust construction of the Light Twenty Chassis is admirably illustrated here. The side members, of channel section, are deep and wide, and are connected by stury transverse members, resulting in a rigidity of framing which makes for lightness and durability of bodywork. The power unit is the well-known Meteor Engine, secured in the chassis at four points. Like the Meteor Chassis, lubrication nipples connected by pipes to less accessible lubrication points are grouped on the off-side chassis member, providing an instance of the attention paid in detail design characteristic of all Rover Cars.
The wheelbase of the 'Light Twenty' is the same as of the 'Two Litre Six'.
