Jackman, Bernard

Bernard Jackman is managing director at British Leyland. He makes the decision to discontinue the project "P8".

James, Ken

Ken James is a member of the ROVER rally team. In 1962 he participated in the Lü ttich-Sofia-Lü tttich Rally and achieved first place in the class of large saloons and sixth place in the overall classification.
At the RAC-Rallye of the same year he leads to the third place in the Touring-Class over 1.600 ccm or the eleventh place in the overall ranking and the 3rd place in the team ranking.
In 1963 he took 8th place at the Liège-Sofia-Liège Rally and won the Trophy of the Nations with other drivers. Many cars, including many ROVERs, failed due to technical defects or accidents.
In 1964 he reached sixth place in the Acropolis Rallye. At the Alpine Rally of the same year, he took third place in his class in the "P6 2000 TC", behind two racing Porsche 904 GTS.

Jennings, Herman

Herman Jennings is from Sheffield. He was chairman of a ROVER shareholders' meeting known as the"Action Uprising" at the beginning of 1928 together with [⇒ W. D. Sudbury].
Due to the mood, he becomes director of ROVER, although he does not have any qualifications for the management of an automobile factory.

Johnson, Stan

In 1984 Stan Johnson joined the team that developed the ROVER "K" engine.
